Introduced in 2019, it was the first municipal bot on Whatsapp globally. Boti offers an array of services, from reporting civic issues to scheduling appointments and accessing cultural insights using open government data to train the model. It supports multilingual interactions and facilitates mobility by offering information on parking, EcoBici stations and subway statuses.
