The bill aims to promote the electronic processing of federal processes (digital priority principle). These processes include the interaction of authorities at all levels of government with each other, as well as with the public and businesses. In essence, the LMETA establishes the general conditions for the development of e-government at the federal level, the forms of cooperation with other authorities and organizations in the area of e-government, and electronic administrative services.
